A Great way
to "STRETCH THAT OLD BAND"
If you're trying
to resurrect a favorite vintage watch that's been stored for years
and no longer fits, or perhaps you just can't locate the links you
removed from your favorite bracelet, you might try one of these cool bracelet extenders.
They are 16mm in width and fit most 18mm Deployant Clasp
Bracelets. They're a beautiful brushed surface on the top. This
photo displays it from the bottom to illustrate how they connect
to your bracelet. One end slips under the rear of your
deployant
clasp and is held by special spring bars, and the other end
connects to your bracelet link with your existing spring bar. The
special spring bar that attaches this to your clasp is shown
below.

Spring Bar
This is a very
special spring bar designed to be used with Bracelet Extensions
(sold separately above and below). The super short ends allow the
bracelet extender to be added without having the locking section
extend past the clasp itself. (snagging on everything and making
some pretty nice lacerations) It can also be used when changing or
replacing metal bracelet clasps. This spring bar is not suitable
for connecting leather straps, however. Those are sold by the set
on our WATCHBANDS pages. |
